All pre-order items are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds for pre-order items.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on available inventory after fulfillment.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
